Neuro Immersion

Self-led, this exploration aimed to infuse the senses into architecture through a multi-course dining experience and is ocated in Underground Atlanta’s old shopping mall.

The main form flowing throughout the levels is a reference to our brain’s reaction to each of our senses and serves a different purpose in each area of the dining experience. The ground floor is a biodome where guests would enjoy appetizers and drinks in a garden oasis where local fruits and vegetables would be grown for the restaurant. Below ground is a formal dining area where booths and space are formed by dipping wooden structures that aim to capture and circulate the smell of your food, enhancing the experience.
